- Ensuring the trouble-free operation of our heterogeneous infrastructure consisting of Linux and Windows systems
- Carrying out server migrations and their operation
- 2nd level support for applications, hardware and network tasks
- Support for user administration via Active Directory
- Support with regular maintenance and configuration of the virtual infrastructure
- Planning, conceptualization and implementation of new IT requirements and projects
