You will make make-or-buy decisions and carry out product presentations at customer sites.
Your tasks:
- Evaluation, refinement and derivation of functional and non-functional requirements
- Selection of suitable system components available on the market
- Creation of quantity structures and schedules for the development of new systems and their provision
- Definition, planning and control of work packages
- Creation of test concepts and documents
- Management of suppliers and subcontractors
- Market observation of current technical trends
- Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering / communications engineering or comparable
- Quick comprehension and understanding of complex technical systems
- Ideally experience in managing smaller teams
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Creativity and a strong capacity for innovation in solving complex technological issues
- The following are an advantage
- Several years of experience in the design of radio / telecommunications systems
- Knowledge of the physical layer of transmission standards such as DVB-S / S2 / S2x, DVB-RCS, GSM, 4G, 5G or TCP / IP
- Knowledge in the field of antenna / radio frequency transmission technology
