Your tasks
Your profile
- You are responsible for the administration, configuration and further development of the Matrix42 platform
- You optimize and automate existing ITSM processes within the Matrix42 environment
- You analyze and resolve malfunctions and errors in the Matrix42 application and take over 2nd level support ticket management
- You develop individual workflows and integrations to improve ticket processing and service management
- You implement and manage interfaces to third-party systems, e.g. Active Directory, SCCM or cloud services
- You carry out regular updates and patches of the Matrix42 platform and ensure its stability
- You create and maintain technical documentation and training materials for users and administrators
- You support the planning and implementation of IT service management strategies and optimizations
Your profile
- You have successfully completed training in the IT sector (e.g. IT specialist for system integration) or a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field of study
- You have in-depth knowledge of the administration and configuration of Matrix42 or a comparable ITSM solution
- Experience in the automation and optimization of service management processes is an advantage
- You have good knowledge of script development (e.g. PowerShell, SQL) to customize and automate processes
- Ideally, you have experience in integrating Matrix42 with other IT systems (e.g. Active Directory, SCCM, cloud services)
- You are characterized by your independent, structured way of working and problem-solving skills
- You enjoy working with different departments and sharing your knowledge
- Your written and spoken German is business fluent, complemented by a good command of English
