Your tasks
- Actively support the organization and management of the M365 tenant with a focus on teams and EntraID
- Accompany customer migrations and efficiently solve technical challenges
- Optimize the operational stability and performance of Microsoft 365 services
- Analyze and process support requests in 2nd level service
- Collaborate with other IT teams to further develop and improve M365 services
Your profile
- Several years of sound experience in the administration of Microsoft 365 and related services
- Experience in the use of PowerShell and in the implementation of M365 migrations
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) with Intune is desirable
- Business fluent in German as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
