bta digital GmbH is a service organization of the dbb beamtenbund und tarifunion (dbb) based in Berlin. bta digital GmbH bundles all digital services of the dbb family under one roof. It specializes in services and solutions such as web and mail hosting and app development and supports and advises member organizations, associations, trade unions and elected representatives in improving their digital presence, optimizing their processes and developing innovative solutions.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated

Junior developer for apps and TYPO3 programmer (m/f/d).

THESE ARE YOUR TASKS:

• Development and maintenance of mobile apps: You will support the development and maintenance of mobile apps for various platforms (iOS and Android) and help with the integration with TYPO3-based backend systems.
• TYPO3 programming: You will work on the conception and realization of TYPO3 extensions based on Extbase-Fluid and integrate them into our multisite web projects.
• User-friendly interfaces: You will help design user-friendly and appealing user interfaces for mobile apps and web applications using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Quality assurance and testing: you will assist in carrying out tests, documenting the work and ensuring the quality and security of the applications.
• Project support: You will work closely with experienced developers and project managers to implement projects efficiently and successfully. You will promote the transfer of knowledge within the team.

THIS IS YOUR PROFILE:

• Education: Successfully completed training in the field of computer science or a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
• First professional experience: Ideally first experience in web and app development, especially with TYPO3 and mobile apps.
• Basic knowledge of web technologies: Basic knowledge of the web technologies PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery.
• Dealing with development tools: Basic knowledge of common development tools such as PhpStorm, Git and Composer as well as platforms such as Linux and Docker.
• Language skills: Good written and spoken German (at least B2 level).
