What will you do with us?
- Operation, maintenance and further development of our central printer infrastructure and server landscape as well as the central monitoring system, the management systems and our central Active Directory
- Further development of holistic IT asset management
- Coordination of external service providers
- Recording and implementation of data protection and information security requirements
- Taking on and implementing projects in coordination with the team leader
What makes you the right fit for us?
- Several years of practical experience in the areas mentioned
- Very good knowledge of print management and a central infrastructure monitoring system
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, DNS and Windows Server operating systems
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Routine in the automation of administrative activities with MS PowerShell
- Experience in 2nd and 3rd level support for a wide range of products
- Basic knowledge in dealing with ITSM systems such as Matrix42, ServiceNow, Jira or Topdesk
- Willingness to familiarize yourself with new technologies, methods and procedures
- High organizational skills, team spirit and target group-specific communication skills.
- analytical thinking, coupled with the ability to quickly find your way around complex environments
