IT System Administrator

CUMI AWUKO Abrasives GmbH, is the address for coated abrasives. Our products are used by customers worldwide in the wood, leather, lacquer, paint, metal and stone sectors. Working widths of up to 2,050 mm and the special feature of usually having one less joint than comparable products give customers a unique advantage.

We are looking for you, an experienced and responsible system administrator (m/f/d), to reliably manage and continuously develop our IT infrastructure.

Your most important and central tasks and what you can expect, full-time or part-time

• Administration and maintenance of the entire IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networks and cloud solutions
• Ensuring the availability and performance of critical IT systems
• Maintenance and optimization of existing IT solutions and systems
• Administration and support of the Office 365 environment
• Management and administration of firewall systems, in particular Sophos
• Management of IT security measures and ensuring compliance guidelines
• Support for IT projects and process optimization
• Direct contact for technical questions and IT-related topics from the specialist departments

You'll fit in with us if:

• Extensive experience as a system administrator in medium-sized, manufacturing companies
• Sound knowledge of server and network technologies (Windows Server, Linux, VMware, Hyper-V)
• Experience with Office 365 and administration of firewall systems, ideally Sophos
• Competencies in the area of IT security and compliance
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Good communication skills, team spirit and a sense of responsibility, as well as a good command of German and English for international communication
