IT - System Administrator (m/f/d)



Your tasks

• Management, monitoring, development and optimization of the ERP and DMS system
• Monitoring the local network infrastructure as part of IT monitoring
• Maintenance of IT asset management
• Support with the installation, configuration and maintenance of IT components (server, network, clients)
• User support in the Microsoft Windows environment
• Installation and basic configuration of standard software
• Support with user inquiries and administrative activities in the Microsoft 365 environment (e.g. Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)
• Printer support

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or equivalent qualification
• Experience in IT system support in an SME environment is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of ERP systems in the SME environment, Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems
• Basic knowledge of network technology and IT security
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working
• High degree of service and team orientation
