IT System Administrator - AD / M365 / IT Security (m/f/d)

For our growing company we are looking for a motivated IT System Administrator - AD / M365 / IT Security (m/f/d) who wants to continuously optimize IT together with us.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• 1st level support and management of our service providers for 2nd and 3rd level.
• Responsible for the administration and operation of our virtualized server landscape as well as the network components and workstations.
• Conception, planning and implementation of projects for the further development and optimization of the IT infrastructure
• Implementing security guidelines and taking measures to protect against cyber threats.
• Supporting our employees in the hardware and software area.
• Procurement, administration and configuration of hardware and software.

What you bring with you

• Completed training or a degree with an IT connection.
• Experience in the administration of Entra ID and group policies.
• Experience in the administration of Azure, Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive and Device Management with Intune.
• Good knowledge of IT security, routing and network technology.
• Ideally previous experience in the areas of virtualization, monitoring, storage and backup concepts as well as firewalls.
• Communication skills and the ability to convey technical topics in an understandable way
• Initiative, self-organization and structured, accurate work.
• Very good knowledge of German and English.
