• Administration, monitoring and maintenance of Azure services, Active Directory, Exchange mail server and Microsoft PKI
• Implementing security policies to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of our IT systems
• Automation of standard processes such as onboarding and offboarding
• Implementation of an IAM solution
• Support in setting up and maintaining user accounts, group policies and access rights
• Updating the IT security concept for identity and rights management
• Documentation of processes, guidelines and technical changes
• Training officer
• Participation in the IT system on-call service Depending on personal qualifications, the position will be graded up to pay group 11 TVöD. After that we are looking for
• a degree in computer science, information technology or a comparable qualification or completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d)
• in-depth knowledge and experience in the administration and configuration of Active Directory, Exchange servers, Microsoft PKI, Azure services and IAM systems
• a good understanding of network architectures and IT security measures
• an independent, structured and results-oriented way of working
• Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Training certificate Desirable additional qualifications:- Experience in the automation of tasks using scripts or tools (e.g. PowerShell)
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and hybrid IT infrastructures
• Certifications in the area of Microsoft (e.g. MCSA, MCSE) or IAM (e.g. CIAM)
