We are looking for a motivated and reliable person to join our team as soon as possible. You will be responsible for IT administration, look after our membership administration and act as the interface to our external IT service providers. If you are looking for a varied role with responsibility and scope for creativity, you've come to the right place!

Your tasks:

• Central contact person for all IT-relevant topics and ensuring smooth IT operations
• First level support for employees with technical questions about hardware, software and IT systems, including support for the telephone system (Innovaphone)
• Coordination and management of external IT service providers and administration of licenses and contracts
• Support and maintenance of the member management software, the time recording system (Novatime) and digital archiving solutions (ELO, Advoware)
• Collaboration on IT projects and identification and implementation of digital optimization potentials
• Flexible support for technical and organizational IT tasks on site

Your qualifications:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in IT administration or a comparable field
• Very good knowledge of M365, ideally experience with Novatime, ELO and Advoware
• Service orientation and hands-on mentality with a solution-oriented working style
• Absolute trustworthiness, conscientiousness and sense of responsibility
• Structured and analytical working style, solution-oriented approach, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
