- You will manage and optimize the IT infrastructure and software (servers, networks, cloud solutions, applications)
- You ensure IT security and data protection by implementing and managing security protocols, firewalls and access controls
- You will also monitor and maintain internal systems to ensure the reliable and secure functioning of all hardware and software components
- You will provide troubleshooting and technical support for employees
- Last but not least, you will document IT processes, system configurations and troubleshooting solutions to ensure traceability and compliance
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed your training as an IT specialist in system integration or a comparable qualification
- You have initial experience in IT administration and support
- Your knowledge of network administration is extensive and work-tested
- Experience with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Azure AD, Fortinet, Veeam, Windows Server, VMWARE, MS-SQL, CISCO systems would be an advantage
- You have already demonstrated your communication and consulting skills, developing an awareness of collaboration with internal and external partners
- Your way of working is structured and you have very good analytical skills, which you apply in a solution- and process-oriented manner
- You are proficient in the common Office applications
- You are willing to occasionally travel nationally and internationally
- Good written and spoken German & English skills round off your profile
