ERP SOFTWARE APPLICATION MANAGER (M/F/D)

To support our team, we are now looking for a

Application Manager (m/f/d) for ERP standard systems

• in particular BüroWARE, WEBWARE, BW Factory -

You can contribute to increasing customer happiness. Become an ERP software application consultant and then work as a team member on challenging projects, take on subtasks independently and then handle your own projects on your own responsibility.

You are just right if you have initial qualifications and a high level of fundamental interest in IT topics, software, web and hardware. You will also have a high degree of self-drive for further training and development and, of course, both will be generously and extensively supported. You can either go straight into the job or take the opportunity as a career changer and take part in our further training program. The decision is yours.

Your tasks

• Support and customization of ERP software
• Installations and training
• Independent work in the project, taking on own projects
• Mapping of operational processes in the ERP
• Customizing via own GUI
• Installations and training
• Ongoing customer support
• Introduction and support of additional modules, such as archiving, e-invoicing, etc. for our customers
• Further development of interfaces
• Optimization and further development of our customers' system landscapes
• Organizational consulting and process optimization for customers
• Collaboration in the development of interfaces and individual programming for special customer requirements

Your profile

• Completed studies, e.g. in business informatics or completed training in IT or related fields, career changers m/f/d also welcome
• Experience in the ERP environment desirable
• High level of business understanding and practical knowledge of business processes
• General knowledge of Windows network architecture
• Initial programming knowledge is an advantage (e.g.: JS, .NET, REST-API)
• Creativity and initiative
• Willingness for further training
• Team-oriented, structured and committed personality with strengths in communication and finding solutions
