These are your tasks:

• You will be responsible for process optimization and digitalization of business processes in areas such as recruiting, sales, billing and administration.

• You will develop and implement digital workflows for central processes such as onboarding and contract management.

• In the area of automation and tool integration, you will automate administrative tasks in HR Services, Payroll and Accounting.

• You will also coordinate the introduction of innovative tools to increase efficiency and ensure a user-friendly way of working.

• In interface management, you will work closely with the IT department, specialist departments and management to drive forward the strategic integration and further development of digital processes.

• In project management, you will be responsible for the planning, organization and management of digitalization projects.

• You are responsible for schedules and milestones and conduct training courses and workshops on the introduction of new technologies.

And that's you:

• You have a degree in business informatics, HR management, business administration or a comparable qualification in the IT sector.

• You also have several years of professional experience in the optimization and digitalization of business processes, ideally in the personnel services industry.

• You have in-depth knowledge of the application and implementation of IT solutions and interface management

• Your expertise in process automation and the use of digital tools enables you to develop efficient solutions.

• You are familiar with modern IT systems and their integration into existing workflows.

• Your strong communication and coordination skills help you to connect different stakeholders through solution-oriented communication.
