Your activities:

After intensive training, you will initially support our project managers in the implementation of digitization projects in the area of warehouse logistics. Your tasks will include technical installation and customizing, i.e. setting up the MDE solution to map customer requirements. Most of these activities are carried out remotely from the office or home office.

Advising and supporting our customers during the introduction and optimization of MDE solutions
Analysis of existing warehouse processes and development of digital workflows
Conducting workshops, training courses and system implementations on site or remotely
Installation & configuration of the mobile solution (completely remote)
Support with project planning, documentation and rollout

Your induction includes:

Comprehensive familiarization with the required systems
Detailed product training
Joint training on the job

Experience in warehouse logistics, ideally with a focus on mobile data collection or ERP systems
Consulting skills and a good understanding of processes
IT affinity and enjoyment of digital solutions
Willingness to travel (depending on the project)
Structured way of working, strong communication skills and hands-on mentality
