Are you ready to take digital transformation to the next level? We are looking for a Consultant Digital Transformation / IoT (m/f/d) for the Waldenburg site to master the exciting challenges of the digital world and help shape the future of industry.

THESE CHALLENGES AWAIT YOU

• Strategy development: You will develop strategies for the introduction and use of automation solutions in the area of digital twins to optimize business processes and increase efficiency.
• Project management: You lead projects for the development and implementation of digital solutions and ensure that all requirements and goals are met. You will work closely with other departments to understand their requirements and adapt the solutions accordingly.
• Employee training & change management: You accompany change management topics and train employees in dealing with new technologies and promote understanding throughout the company.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Background: You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering, industrial engineering, economics or a related field.
• Experience: You have experience in digital transformation and project management and understand business contexts.
• Technology knowledge: You have an in-depth understanding of technologies such as IoT (Internet of Things), data analytics, artificial intelligence / artificial intelligence and cloud computing.
• Expertise: Experience with digital twins or similar technologies is an advantage
• Analytical skills: You have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Strategic thinking: You have a results-oriented mindset and are able to translate strategic goals into measurable success.
• Language skills: You communicate business fluently in German and have a very good command of English.
• Willingness to travel: You are prepared to make occasional national and international trips to represent the company at trade fairs.
