Then you've come to the right place as a Business Intelligence Specialist (m/f/d)! Your tasks:

• You will develop and analyze requirements for structured information from the specialist department
• You model data from various source systems into a data warehouse architecture
• You create concepts for the introduction of a group-wide business intelligence solution and are responsible for its rollout and support
• You accompany the continuous further development of the solution as part of the company's growth
• You act as an interface to department management and top management to enable data-driven business decisions

With these skills you make the difference:

• Degree in business informatics, computer science or similar
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the data warehouse environment
• Practical experience in data modeling, building ETL pipelines and with business intelligence systems
• Sound knowledge of SAP, Atlassian, Personio an advantage
• Very good MS Office knowledge
• High level of initiative and enjoyment of collaborative and cross-departmental work
• Native speaker level in German (C2) and fluent in English (B2)
